No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

SMS subscription records and permission to receive our texts are excluded from other information-sharing arrangements. We do not sell or transfer that permission to another business. A travel supplier or other organization does not obtain permission to send you marketing texts merely because you consented to receive texts from Guided Path Travel.

With your consent, Guided Path Travel, LLC may send text messages concerning:
- Travel inquiries, consultations, requested recommendations and proposals.
- Reservations, payments, itinerary changes, travel reminders, and customer support.
- Travel offers, invitations, announcements, and other promotional content when you separately consent to marketing texts.
Providing a telephone number, requesting a quote, or making a booking does not by itself enroll you in promotional SMS.
Message frequency varies according to your requests, reservations, and subscriptions. Message and data rates may apply.
You may withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP. We will send a final confirmation of your unsubscribe request and then stop further messages through that subscription. To resume receiving messages, provide a new opt-in.

Consultation scheduling is provided through Calendly. Information supplied when scheduling, such as your name, email address, and appointment details, is also processed under Calendly’s privacy policy.

Information needed to arrange international travel may be processed by suppliers or service providers outside your home country, where privacy laws may differ.

We may revise this policy as our services or practices change. The current version will appear on this page with an updated effective date. Updating this policy does not itself enroll you in a new messaging program or expand your SMS consent.
