Regent sails spacious, all-suite ships around the world, with unlimited shore excursions, specialty dining, and fine wines in every fare. Take a look through the sections below, and whenever you’re ready, I’d love to help you find the ship, suite, and voyage that fit you best.
What’s included, where you’ll stay, and how you’ll spend your days.

Included tours in every port, with Regent Choice experiences available for a supplement.
Every specialty restaurant at no added cost, plus 24-hour in-suite dining.
Unlimited beverages, fine wines, craft cocktails, and specialty coffees, with your in-suite minibar replenished daily with your preferences.
Unlimited Wi-Fi powered by Starlink, and free valet laundry service.
Gratuities are included, except for services at Serene Spa & Wellness.
Open bars and lounges, evening entertainment, enrichment, and unlimited access to the spa facilities.

Spa treatments, Regent Choice and private touring, and land programs are additional. Details: What’s Included
When you compare luxury lines, look at what’s included as well as the fare. With Regent, unlimited shore excursions and specialty dining add up quickly, and the right suite can add a hotel night and a butler.

If you ever need help with payments, or would like me to walk you through your options, I’m always here.
Gratuities are pre-paid in your Regent fare, so you never have to wonder who to tip, how much, or when.
Gratuities at a GlanceSpa services are the one exception, so gratuities there are not included in your fare.
Tipping customs for guides and drivers ashore vary by destination, and I’ll share what’s customary as we plan.
Online check-in asks for a credit or debit card for any onboard charges, such as spa services.
Wondering how much cash to bring for incidentals and the odd extra thank-you? My guide to cash, cards, and currency in Europe has practical pointers.
Gratuity inclusions are set by Regent and may change. I’ll confirm what’s included for every part of your journey.
A few steps in your Regent account get you ready:
Cruise documents are emailed after final payment and Guest Registration.
A little preparation makes embarkation day effortless. Keep these details handy:
Days before sailing, for most suites:
| Air Concierge | 240 days* |
|---|---|
| Shore excursions | 180 days* |
| Culinary Arts Kitchen | 120 days |
| Specialty dining | 75 days* |
| Spa treatments | 60 days |
*Earlier for Concierge Suites and above, and for some Seven Seas Society tiers. I’ll let you know when each step opens for your voyage.
It is each traveler’s responsibility to carry proper documentation. Here’s what to have in order before you go.
Names on reservations must match your passport exactly.
Since May 2025, U.S. travelers need a REAL ID-compliant license or other accepted ID, such as a passport, for domestic flights and certain federal facilities.
Regent asks guests to verify and obtain visas about 90 days before sailing. Its blanket visas cover only Regent’s own shore excursions, so independent touring may need its own visa. Verify requirements through CIBTvisas, and I’ll confirm exactly what your itinerary needs.
Europe’s new travel authorization for U.S. visitors is not yet in effect, and no launch date has been announced. I’ll let you know if it applies to your trip.
An Electronic Travel Authorisation is required for entry to the United Kingdom.
Regent requires a passport book to board. Passport cards and copies are not accepted.
Europe’s border system now registers non-EU visitors with fingerprints and a photo, so allow a little extra time at passport control on your first entry.
I strongly recommend reviewing travel advisories and health guidance before your trip so you’re fully prepared.
A few things that are helpful to know before you sail.
At sea, a little flexibility goes a long way. Regent handles changes smoothly, and a few details are helpful to know before you go.
Resort style by day. After 6 PM, Elegant Casual, with optional formal wear such as gowns, cocktail dresses, and dinner jackets.
Board at least two hours before sailing from U.S. ports. If you book your own flights, plan your departure at least four hours after disembarkation.
Infants must be at least six months old, or one year for voyages with three or more days in a row at sea. Club Mariner youth programs run on select sailings.
All travel is subject to schedule adjustments, itinerary changes, weather disruptions, and operational delays.
Final documents arrive by email before departure. I’ll let you know as soon as yours are ready.
Every port, every table, already taken care of.
Whether you already have a destination in mind or are just beginning to dream, I’d love to help you find the Regent voyage that fits you best. I’ll compare itineraries and suites, apply every savings offer you qualify for, and take care of the details from your first question to your welcome home.
